Something powerful is
happening here on the beautiful West Coast of the United States beginning
in the city of Salinas, about an hours drive south of San Jose. In the next
three editions of Transformation NOW! we are going to share how this
overlooked city is being touched by the hand of God and is poised to be a
detonator city for the entire
region.
Because of its extraordinary agricultural output,
the Salinas valley is known as the "salad bowl of the nation." The city of Salinas is
70% Latino and, unfortunately, has also been known for poverty, high crime
and gang violence. However, that is beginning to change now as a group of
pastors and marketplace leaders are coming together to declare and
demonstrate that God loves Salinas!
—But why don't I let the city speak for herself. Watch this
5 minute news clip to see what the local news is saying about Loving Salinas and then watch your inbox in
the next two weeks for more on transformation on the West Coast!
