Detailed Registration Information

Dates: July 7-14, 2010

ALL SERVICES SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

Please note that all package pricing is subject to availability. Spots are being sold quickly so please register soon to reserve your place.

Cost

Full Land Package: $599
Includes: Most meals, housing with host family, airport transfers, local transportation, training sessions, ministry activities and materials. This package does NOT include airfare.


Airport Transfers
Please make arrangements to arrive and depart from the Minneapolis/St.Paul International Airport (MSP).  Please forward to us your flight itinerary and we will arrange your airport transfers for both arrival and departure with transportation to and from Elk River. 


Payment
Payment in full is due by Wednesday, June 15, 2010. If full payment is not
received by June 15th, services will not be rendered.


Cancellations
The $100 deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new participant
until Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Canceled deposits cannot be used to pay
off the balance of another participant. Within 3 weeks of the conference dates, all payments are 100% nonrefundable.
