King and Olive Yague Flores, native Filipinos, became acquainted with the ministry of Harvest Evangelism at the 1997 That None Should Perish Conference in Singapore. The following year, they founded the Ekklesia Equipping Ministry which assisted in the transformation of the Anito Group of Companies where 1600 hotel employees came to faith in Christ. King has coordinated several significant national prayer evangelism events involving Harvest Evangelism, becoming the National Director for Harvest Evangelism Philippines in August 2004. King is also the CEO of Intercity Employment Services, a company that deploys contract workers abroad and provides money transfer services. Olive serves as deputy principal of the Southville International School in Manila where they are raising their four children.
