Cost

Conference Registration: $349 Includes: All conference sessions, 6 meals, hotel to conference venue transportation and materials. This package does NOT include hotel arrangements, or airfare. Airport transfers are available for $25 additional cost.

Payment Payment in full is due by Wednesday, June 16, 2010. If full payment is not received by June 16, services will not be rendered.

Cancellations The $100 deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new participant until Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Canceled deposits cannot be used to pay off the balance of another participant.

Airport Transfers

Please arrange for your own airport transfer from the Minneapolis/ St. Paul International (MSP) Airport to your hotel. A limited number of round trip airport transfers are available for a $25 cost.

Preferred conference rates have been secured at 4 Elk River area hotels. Please make your own hotel arrangements.
