Cost
Full Land Package
Includes hotel lodging (assuming that the individual is rooming with another roommate, double room occupancy), most meals, conference fees, materials and various banquets. This package does NOT include airfare or airport transfers.
Conference Rooming
All packages are based on pricing for a standard gardenview room with double occupancy and assumes that you agree to staying with a roommate. If you are not traveling with your spouse or with someone you know, the conference registrar will room you with another participant of the same gender. If you would like to request a single room, you may do so at an additional charge.
Airport Transfers
Please arrange for your own airport transfer from the Honolulu Airport to the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Children's Package
The conference cost for a child 12 years old and younger will be $550. There is a max of 2 adults & 2 children/room. However, you can also request an adjoining room (at the standard rate per night) for an additional $25/day for the connecting door. Visit here for more information on Room Pricing.
Payment
Payment in full is due by Saturday, October 31, 2010. If full payment is not
received by October 31st, services will not be rendered.
Room Upgrades
Package pricing is based on double occupancy for Garden View Rooms. Room upgrades and a limited number of suites are available on a first come, first served basis, please indicate if this is your preference upon registering.Visit here for more information on Room Pricing.

Cancellations
The $300 deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new participant
until Saturday, October 31, 2010. Canceled deposits cannot be used to pay
off the balance of another participant. Within 6 weeks of the conference dates, all payments are 100% nonrefundable. All returned checks will incur a $25 charge.
